Day 01 Arrive Beijing
Arrive Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China. Meet your guide upon arrival and transfer to your deluxe hotel.
Day 02 Beijing
Morning tour to Tiananmen Square, located in the heart of the capital, and the Imperial Palace, known as the Forbidden City - one of the greatest feats of ancient Chinese architecture. Afternoon sightseeing includes Summer Palace – a former summer resort area of the royal family. Welcome Peking Duck Banquet in the evening.
Day 03 Beijing
Full day excursion to the Great Wall – the landmark of China. It is one of the most amazing feats of human labour – the only man-made construction on earth visible from outer space. After lunch, a drive to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way with giant marble figures and animals guarding the tomb area for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty.
Day 04 Beijing – Jinan – Tai’an
Take morning flight to Jinan, the capital city of Shandong province, which is famous for its hundreds of springs. City tour begins with the Big Brilliant Lake and Gushing-from-the-ground Spring, then take a bus to Tai’an.
Day 05 Tai’an – Taishan Mountain - Qufu
Morning tour to the Taishan Mountain by cable car which is the most revered of the five sacred Mountains of China. Morning tour also includes Dai Miao Temple . Then Drive to Qufu in the afternoon, enjoy welcome “Confucius Family Banquet” at night.
Day 06 Qufu
Today we start our study career – Opening ceremony on 8:30 in the morning with scholar ’s dress, then we tour the Confucius Temple, Confucius Mansions and Confucian Forest. In the afternoon we attend the lectures about “Confucius and his main theories”, which would be given by experts from Qufu Teacher’s college.
Day 07 Qufu
Learning Taiji in the morning , then drive to Hao Village, experience the rural life of the local people – learning how to cook an ordinary Chinese cuisine and have the lunch with them. Back to the Qufu Teacher’ s College and have the lectures in the afternoon. A celebrating party with the local college students in the evening.
Day 08 Qufu – Jinan - Shanghai
Learning Taiji in the morning, then drive to Nishan – birthplace of Confucius, the graduation ceremony will be held here. After the ceremony, visit the Mausoleum of Shao Hao – so called Chinese Pyramid. Drive to Jinan in the afternoon. Farewell Banquet for dinner, then take an afternoon flight to Shanghai.
Day 09 Shanghai
Arrive Shanghai in the morning, the bustling commercial heart of China, known as “Paris of the East”. Sightseeing includes the modern Shanghai Museum and Children ‘s Palace which you can enjoy the painting and calligraphy from Chinese kids, then a visit to the fascinating Yuyuan Gardens. Stroll along the lively waterfront “The Bond”.
Day 10 Depart Shanghai
Your exciting journey draws to a close as your board your international flight home.
