Your ORIGINAL document with one copy: The document must be notarized by a notary or a lawyer and be legalized by the local provincial authorities.

The Chinese Consulate-General will not process the document authentication and notarization if the document has exceeded 3 months since it is legalized by the local provincial authorities.

Please keep the document stapled if the original document is stapled.

Authentication Type:

Type A: Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Working Experience and Professional Title, Kinship, Declaration and Affidavit of Financial Support, Marital Status, Marriage & Divorce Certificate, Personal Identification, etc. and documents concerning Adoption or Student's Admission.

Type B: Documents concerning Right of Inheritance, Power of Attorney, Wills and Housing Transfer Declaration, Estates and Properties, Trade Mark Registration.
